Efficiency Comes First
We adhere to principle of giving priority to efficiency; the remuneration system is designed under direction of making the stronger even more powerful and rewarding the outstanding workers that to make them work harder. 

Balance Equity
Based on principle of giving priority to efficiency, the equity should be balanced too. Some non-direct performance factors such as long-term service, skill proficiency degree and so on shall be considered for the remuneration system which is intended to foster staff’s sense of belongings.

Leading Development
The remuneration system shall be founded and improved which can motivate proactive of staff and improve their abilities continuously; and strengthen initiative of the system from the following, covering to guiding development of staff further.
